How an appointment runs
01 Consultation
Twenty minutes, complimentary. We look at your density, growth pattern and how you actually wear your hair, then choose a method.
02 A written quote
You get the total before anything starts. Extensions include a hair-sourcing conversation so there are no surprises on the day.
03 The appointment
One client at a time. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is handed to an assistant halfway through.
04 Aftercare
You leave knowing how to wash it, how long it holds and when to come back. A card comes with you.
Gift cards
Digital gift cards through Square, delivered by email in any amount. No expiry, redeemable in the studio against any service. A good answer for someone who has been meaning to book and hasn’t.
Payment
All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, tap-to-pay and cash, processed through Square with a digital receipt. Larger services can be split through Square’s financing options at checkout — ask at your consultation and it can be set up before your install.
